The first Earthquake Resistant Building Competition was organized by DASK which was aiming to develop awareness of earthquake and ability of earthquake resistant building design at the university students who are having education at construction engineering schools.

Game of Thrones was the inspiration of the competition which was organized at 2015. Whole competition was seperated in 3 parts.In the first stage, the building projects designed in accordance with the Project Preliminary Specification are evaluated and passed through the pre-selection; In the second stage, the projects are transformed into building model models in accordance with the Technical Specifications with the materials (balsa beads and sheets) sent by DASK. And the final schools are experiencing the excitement of the final in Istanbul.
We shooted every moment of the final part which lasted 3 days with 6 camera and 1 steadi-cam.
On the first day, we showed the excitement and preparation process of all contestants from moment to moment during the model set-up and presentations since the arrival of the schools. The same night, we prepared different teasers for each of the finalists from the images reflecting the final excitement that we took during the day.
The most adrenaline stage of the competition was undoubtedly the shaking stage of the 2nd day. The excitement of the teams who tested their labor for months on the earthquake simulator was great. We have carefully placed our cameras in different angles so that everyone can see the performance of the models on the simulator in the best way.
